HeyKegel is an iOS application designed to help users perform pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises through guided training sessions, progress tracking, and personalized workout programs.
A paid subscription is required to access core features. By using this app, you agree not to misuse, manipulate, or attempt to bypass any functionality.
2. No Account Required
HeyKegel does not require account creation. All your exercise data, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The app is free to download, but a subscription is required for full access to features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
4. Medical Disclaimer
HeyKegel is a general wellness application. It is not a medical app, medical software, or medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The exercises provided are for general fitness and wellness purposes only.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you:
- Are pregnant or have recently given birth
- Have had pelvic or abdominal surgery
- Experience pelvic pain or discomfort
- Have any medical conditions affecting the pelvic region
Stop using the app immediately if you experience pain or discomfort during exercises.
5. Third-Party Services
HeyKegel uses the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: For subscription and payment processing
No personally identifiable information is stored on external servers. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute or resell the app or its content
7. Age Requirement
HeyKegel is rated 4+ on the App Store. Parents and guardians should supervise usage by minors.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobilesio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
