Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All your personal exercise data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. This includes:
- Exercise history and workout sessions
- Progress and statistics
- Personal goals and preferences
- App settings
2. Data Usage
Since all exercise data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to your personal workout information. The only data processing that occurs is:
- Subscription verification through RevenueCat
- App crash reports through Apple (if enabled on your device)
3. Third-Party Services
HeyKegel uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For app distribution and crash reporting
- RevenueCat: For subscription management and payment processing. RevenueCat processes only transaction data necessary for subscriptions, not your health or exercise data.
We do not use any advertising networks or sell data to third parties.
4. Data Security
Your exercise data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security features, including:
- Device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
- iOS data encryption
- App sandboxing
5. Data Deletion
Since all your data is stored locally on your device:
- Uninstalling the app will delete all your exercise data
- You can reset your progress within the app settings
- No data remains on our servers because we never collect it
6. Children's Privacy
HeyKegel is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise usage by minors.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
